If you are new to North Community, please call the intake line at 614.261.3196 for more information. We are able to offer services to most individuals regardless of ability to pay or insurance coverage. Thanks for your interest!
As an existing client, please direct any questions or concerns to your clinician or case manager. They will be your main point of contact and will work with you to meet your needs and resolve any issues.
If you would like to make a doctor’s appointment, please contact the office staff at the appropriate North Community Counseling location. This information can be found on the Contact Page.
If you feel your needs are not being met by your clinician or case manager, you may speak to the supervisor at the appropriate North Community Counseling location. In addition, if you are not satisfied with the outcome and feel you are not being treated fairly and with respect, you may call your clinic and ask to speak to the Client Rights Officer. The Client Rights Officer will assist you to work toward a resolution for your concerns.
