North Community Counseling Centers is very excited to have the ability to offer FREE support groups to any student in Columbus City Schools and Worthington City Schools! The goal of these groups is to gain a sense of connectedness with peers during a time where isolation is being enforced due to the pandemic. Groups are determined by the grade your child is currently in.
Each group will be held once per week for 8 weeks during the months of January and February. Participant maximum is 5 per group. (Group times and dates can be added dependent upon demand.)
These groups will take place online. Parents and/or students will receive a link via email prior to their group’s start.
Note: For more services or questions, please contact us at 614-261-3196. Please email your completed permission slip to Michelle Meffley, School-Based Program Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disclaimer: Students must be signed up by 5 pm on Thursday to participate in the following weeks group. There is no deadline for registration. Students can join at any time during the duration of groups. Group attendance will be taken and shared with school personnel at the request of the student/parent.
