Substance Use Disorder Treatment

At NCCC, we recognize that addiction is a disease, not a moral failure. We believe in recovery, and our staff can help you take the first steps.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program

NCCC provides outpatient care for individuals working to overcome addiction and prevent future relapse. To help you in recovery, we offer these services.

  • Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) assessments
  • Medicated-assisted treatment
  • Individual and group substance use disorder counseling
  • Individual and group mental health counseling
  • Case management services
  • Housing coordination
  • Psychiatric services
  • Psychiatric medication management

Our programs and services can be completed in collaboration with probation and parole officers and can provide a Certificate of Program Completion.

NCCC also provides a 10-week psychoeducation and treatment group for people who have substance use-related concerns and legal issues.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

We believe in a multimodal approach to substance use treatment. Combined with behavioral therapy and education, medication-assisted treatment can lead to greater outcomes for clients.

NCCC offers a Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) Program and a Vivitrol (Naltrexone) Program.

For both programs, patients must follow the following requirements in order to participate.

  • Patients must receive weekly individual or group counseling to participate.
  • Patients will attend regular appointments with a prescribing physician.
  • Patients must maintain sobriety from all illicit substances.

Patients will be subject to random drug testing.
